We use more than one Plugin from the WPManageNinja Suite. Also Fluent Support is very useful for us and the Support from them is always fast and helpful. This is not a given for plugin authors. Good Job! Thanks.
Great plugin. WPManageNinja support is fantastic, reliable and helpful. I’m a very happy paying customer. But be aware… as of October 2025, if you have an established branding design, you have to do custom CSS and HTML (and possibly PHP) stuff to make the customer support ticket portal and emails match your vibe. Other than that, I’m so glad this plugin exists
Great ticketing system. It integrates so well with the other Fluent apps, and it works well with WooCommerce and WordPress users. I switched from FreshDesk to Fluent Support.
Fluent Support Pro is easy to set up and works really well. The support team is fast and helpful, and the email piping feature (up to 10 inboxes!) is a big plus.
One downside is that customizing the layout takes time and requires manual CSS – more built-in styling options would be great.
Looking forward to new features. Solid plugin overall!

Fluent Support is a great plugin, and will improve as they add features & suggestions.
Purchased the pro version, as this is needed to obtain the same features as Helpscout.
Support has been amazing, and the plugin can take on Helpscout without the heavy cost.
