Last few months there has been a barrage of updates but tested on the old versions of WordPress and Woocommerce. Since both WP & Woo has received massive changes, releasing updates tested on an older version is not ethically suitable for a Payment Gateway Service.

im waiting from last 3 months to activate my account ... but my account still under review. i losed lots of customers bcz of this poor plugin and support team ... when i try to contact them i got an email for some Clarifications and when i reply i got this email - Thank you for your email. This is a non-monitored email id. every payment fail don't use this ....

There is no indian alternative so i have to keep using this plugin. 1 in every 5 payment is randomly failing. I have multiple complaints from my clients saying it doesnt work, sometimes its UPI sometimes its netbanking. Its all random. Absolutly unacceptable as it eats up all my profit margins. Better use stripe.

1 star - cannot give below that. These guys take forever to activate the account. They are like a committee of members deciding where you can do business or not by not activating your account. bullsh*t Razorpay. Making payments easy is not alone enough. Merchants' onboarding should also be easy.

Even after the customer pays, it's stuck on payment pending after the Woocomerce update. I am having this issue.

Everything else is fine. I will change my rating if you reduce activation time from 30 days to 3 days.
